joe90 Posted July 9, 2022 Share Posted July 9, 2022 Wow, very interesting, my first thought was sinkhole as the pool deck collapsed first but by the end I think it’s obvious that bad drainage of that area caused the corrosion of the steel within the concrete. I am surprised that insurance companies don’t inspect buildings they insure, the water and cracks in the garage ceiling would scare me off living there.
