Leaky Flow Meter (Sight Glass) UFH - 2nd one in a year - is it common?

Hi, is it common for Flow Meters on UFH manifolds to develop leaks in the sight glass? It looks like a small pin size hole in the top as the drip forms at the top and runs down. This will be the second one in a year. As my manifold is above a Heatmiser Wiring Centre, looks like the water has run down in to that box and tripped the fuse.

Which manifold do you have? Not very good failure rate at all!! I have UFH manifolds that I fitted for clients which are coming up to their 20th year anniversary's and zero issue / failure / complaint.
