rh2205
I got our heat pump serviced (along with unvented tank) after its first year, I read it might invalidate the 7yr warranty otherwise or something. Now do these things actually need servicing, maybe I am just detached from reality but it cost me £183, they didn’t actually do anything & I’m wondering if I just save this money for 10 years to use it to pay for the repairs when it actually needs it?? This is clearly home ownerships hidden costs!! Money really does seem more akin to water these days or I need to shop around better 😆.
JohnMo
If the cylinder is unvented, that needs to be done. Not sure what gets done on ASHP other than making sure it's not full of of leaves etc. has no leaks or not making noises it shouldn't.
