Moggaman Posted June 10, 2022 Share Posted June 10, 2022 Hi.I am putting in a polished concrete floor in my new home. My floor was poured on April 4th. It was polished and sealed on June 3rd. The UFH is not yet fully set up but will go on his week. Now I am wondering should I have waited to finish the floor before I put on UFH. At this stage floor is not cracking anywhere it shouldn’t and there are plenty of joints… put my mind at ease!! thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
nod Posted June 10, 2022 Share Posted June 10, 2022 My experience with newly tiled floors and UFH is tgat ive never had any issues due to UFH The temperatures are quite low Polished concrete floors are known for being extremely durable I’d just put the heating on low and gradually increase it 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
