Joe-90 Posted May 11, 2022 Share Posted May 11, 2022 We managed to secure a plot for our self build and getting down to design but cant decided on a single single storey bungalow 100sqm or a 1 and half story with a foot print of 75sqm not sure which would be the more expense and input on this would help please. Bozza Posted May 19, 2022 Share Posted May 19, 2022 Going up is deffo better value per sqm. Smaller roof & foundations. Also a bigger garden if your plot is smaller.
