Flat roof cold to warm roof

Hi I have a bungalow with a cold flat roof garden room. So replacing with a warm roof as building control requested my issue is this lifts the roof above the eaves, so I'll have to cut into the eaves and raise the flat roof above and out past the eaves. I'm stuck on the how to and aside from finished pictures online can't  find any info either. So hoping for help or guidance really. Kevin

Sorry John, I'm changing the height of the roof and confused what to do on the eaves detail. As it's going to have to go higher then the eaves. Do you just go round them as best you can and then tuck the edpm under the tiles? Or do you need to cut the eaves level with the top height of the roof because I can't picture that in my head, many thanks Kev
