According to the official blurb, Cemfloor screeds can only be installed by applicators who have completed the Cemfloor training program and are registered AA approved Cemfloor installers.

An experienced screed installer said only days ago that they were not Cemfloor approved. Same installer now offering Cemfloor screed installation to our builder. Builder says the screed installer will use a subcontractor for Cemfloor, but when pressed builder could not come up with a name other than the same experienced installer.

Any serious disadvantage to allowing builder to proceed with this installer, who will also provide plastering/insulation?

Most sites use the ground workers

You could train a monkey to pump liquid screed
