Dissertation Research Project investigating cost and time overruns in the Scottish construction industry.

I am currently completing my final year of an Honours Degree programme in Quantity Surveying at Edinburgh Napier University. As part of my studies, I am required to carry out a dissertation research project.

 

To do this I am researching into cost overruns and time overruns in the Scottish construction industry. Whether there are any common issues between cost and time overruns and if there is a link between cost and time overruns.

 

As your organisation is respected in the construction industry, I would be very grateful if you could provide some feedback on the issues I am investigating through a short questionnaire. This will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and your expert response would be very valuable for my research.

I've read the questions, they will note create an accurate snapshot of the cost and time overrun problems because the questions are not written well. For example, you need overcost values of more like half a million to a million and more!
