I just got in my new flat (in a tenement building in Edinburgh), and I’m planning to do quite a lot of DIY renovation works over the next few months/years. However, construction here in UK is very different from what I’m used to back in Italy: carpets and wallpaper are not really a thing there, and many other little things also differ from what I am used to. I will therefore have tons of doubts and possibly silly questions to ask, and I hope to find some help from more experienced people here! Cheers!
