I'm in N.Somerset and I am planning to live in it for part of the year and use it as a base when seeing my kids. I was an instrument engineer in the semiconductor industry but I've recently retrained as a domestic electrician. Dereliction means contributors can all furiously disagree and bitch at one another's suggestions, while you take what you want from the answers and do what you wanted to do in the first place anyway.
