Hi, I decided to buy a derelict propety at auction as it's all I could afford. I'm in N.Somerset and I am planning to live in it for part of the year and use it as a base when seeing my kids. I was an instrument engineer in the semiconductor industry but I've recently retrained as a domestic electrician.
