Hi All 

 

Planning permission was granted just before Christmas. Knocking down existing bungalow in essex to be replaced with 1.5 storey home. 
 

Hoping to build with ICF and make as energy efficient as possible. 
 

Forum has been really interesting so far and I’m sure will provide me with answers throughout.

Hello, welcome.

I've just about finished our ICF  - you know 'finished' as 90% done, 10% left to do - and that 10% takes  shed-loads of the work. 

Decided on your ICF yet?   

Enjoy the planning phase - all the fizz and excitement - keep hold of it, it's a very valuable commodity.

We are going to see ICF supplies which I think offer Nudura on Monday. Have only heard positive things and I think there is a benefit of having the supplier 10 mins away. But still to be decided. Any recommendations, things to look for/watch out for?
