Still waiting on planners I address one point and they find another 

The latest thing is we had planed to keep vehicles off the quiet but 60 mph country road  As we have a gated access further up the field that would be perfect Planners don’t seem to agree

Planners will never agree to anything that needs mirrors to make it safe. If it is genuinely safe declare the visibilty splay/distances. (Doesn't mean you can't put mirrors up too, but just don't mention it!) If its not safe without the mirrors then a rethink is needed.
