We have written off Aluclad for the standard windows and will probably go UPVC. Our glazed gable (2 triangular fixed panes) and 4 section 3.6m bifold have to achieve overall (not just pane value) value of 1.1 w/m2k which is fairly low. Double glazed panel krypton filled, will give, approx 1.2 for the centre pane. But you may struggle to get double glazed bi folds that achieve this.
