gravelrash
Just putting foundations EPS sheet down and the boards seem to have quite a large tolerance dimensionally, leaving gaps between boards up to 5/6mm. Is this normal for EPS? I have been gap filling but cant get into smaller gaps, but 3 layers going down with dpm between 2nd and third. Probably been covered before but cant find anything in the search.
SuperJohnG
My insulated foundation from KORE had some variations between outer lengths and heights where they were cut but in building it I just filled with foam and cut the final block. The inner section which was all boards I staggered joins as I had three layers but those ones were pretty decent tolerances. As long as you stick to the overall dimensions you require it'll be fine.
