Moonshine
I am looking to use on inlet of an inspection chamber for surface water only, with roof drainage and threshold drains going into that inlet. The surface water will need traps on to keep the smells in, however is there one type of trap that i can fix directly to the in inspection chamber inlet so that i don't have to use traps at all other locations (no.3) as there is not a easy way to link all three locations with a surface trap (e.g. bottle trap)
Mr Punter
You should not be getting smells from a surface water drain but if you want to you can use a back inlet gulley between the IC and the rest of the surface water system.

Mr Punter
So a back inlet gulley on the surface water will trap all the smells on that run. You can tee into this with all you surface.
