Sun tunnel

Hi. On my new build it looks like we will put in a sun tunnel to bring some extra light to the upstairs hall. I realise the outside of the tunnel will be insulated but how do I deal with Airtightness?

Lots of aluminium tape ..! Rigid or flexi tunnel ..?

Rigid I think.. only needs to go about 1.5m

Where does aluminium tape go?

Every joint. Then use air tight tape up to the edges of the tunnel.
