Is my floor plan feasible

Hi there I am new to The forum I just wanted to know what you guys thought about my floor plan and if it’s feasible to have a structurally possible design. I’m not sure if your allowed access doors under the stairs through to the garage or if you can have a second staircase leading to  habitable loft with a scissor truss roof?

Ok, I can't actually be any use here, but I'm fascinated to know what goes in the room marked 'animals'?

I suspect the stairs will need a longer run to reach 1st floor height. How high are your ceilings.

 

Are you building new or doing a conversion? If new build I suggest it is difficult to break even self building an ordinary small (1100? sq ft) house without lots of hands-on graft.

The room marked animals is relating to our large collection of reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates which we plan to extend ?, we are looking through dimensional possibilities it would be a new build yes.
