Cleaning Sealer off new patio

What product do you use to take off a newly applied sealer that is far too slippery?

Perhaps tell us a bit more - what is the patio made of, what sealant was used (ideally a product name), why was it sealed, and is it slippery all the time, or only when wet?

Patio slippery all of the time, more lethal after wet weather, its a stone porcelain, why was it sealed is a good question, the groundswork people did it to keep it cleaner, mainly as they didn't wipe off all the grout bloom and had to use a lot of acid washes to get off the bloom, but the patio is lethal to walk on. https://floorseal.co.uk/product/porcelain-tile-sealer-for-patios/ was used, they are saying to now use Joint Compound remover which is a gel. https://floorseal.co.uk/product/jointing-compound-residue-remover/?attribute_pa_size-select=1-litre&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1ouKBhC5ARIsAHXNMI-i3oeQwzrCdczc5RwwASt3spZZIeYV69xBspGkFPyapchAOS9lPAEaAtS7EALw_wcB the area to gel onto is huge 200 sq meters and it would be best helped with a hot water pressure unit !! it's going to take forever.

Is it by any chance polished stone porcelain tiles?

I have been to a few jobs where people have been sold this as a good idea, but it really isn't!

If the problem is caused by the sealant, the product description itself says that it will be difficult to remove once it's dry.

 

In that case, I think you should refer this back to the people who applied the sealant. If they did so without your instruction, or if you didn't discuss it, and any possible problems it may cause, then I think it must be for them to put things right. If the patio is dangerous to use, it is clearly not good enough.

 not so much to remove the sealant, but to roughen the surface and make it less slippery. But I fear it may also damage the appearance of it.
