ianR1
The screed is going to be done on Friday and I have the pressure test on the finally finished system planned for tonight. I understand its 5 - 6 Bar for an hour and I should be good but what pressure do you recommend leaving in the system whilst they screed ? I'm going for a sand/cement screed. RHayes
Leave the pressure in it. If you do feel the need to take some out then drop it to 3bar but I would definitely not go less. The screed shouldn't make any difference but you want to be able to see or notice straight away if a pipe is damaged whilst screening, with a trowel for example. Fly100
Pressure will rise slightly as the floor cures due to heat produced from curing process.
