Advice re - MDPE pipe connectors

Fully restoring a property for me/my family. After running MDPE water pipes I now need to purchase pipe connectors, reducers and stoptaps.  I didnt realise how many brads/manufacturers there are.  Im aware you get what you pay for.  But with such large price variations its lead me to ask for advice:

Are there any particular bands I should be considering please?
