Dianne
Hi, I have just joined and thought I would say hi, we have just had an offer accepted on a property which we were hoping to convert the loft on, I am already stressing and we haven’t even completed on the sale yet. I can feel already that I could be on here pestering everyone with rookie questions. Anyway I’ll stop myself before I start babbling on. Looking forward to some good advice . Dianne . Dianne
Thanks guys. looking forward to lots of good advice, it’s a rural property, a Scottish long house , so we have lots of plans, that’s not to say we’ll be allowed to do it all but it’s worth a go. Our first thing is finding out what size of caravan / mobile home we can put on till be get loft done as we can’t all fit in the house just now . We want to put in as big as we can , The curtilage of the property is around an acre and we have an additional 9 acres in pasture and woodland.
