Ashp and plant room

Foundations going in now and have planned for ASHP pipes thru them , the Ashp and plant room is approx 12 metres away , silly question but braided flex hose to Ashp what pipe are they then joined to?, Ashp is 3 metres away from the building wall and then 9m in the slab to come into the plant room.

I used a pre-insulated twin pipe:  Rehau RVT DUO 32 + 32/150

 

If you need to bring it up vertically through a slab, it needs quite a deep trench due to the minimum bend radii.
