Mixing ratio for sizing walls - help!

I was wondering if anyone could help advise on what the mixing ratio should be for Solvite All Purpose paste when sizing walls!

Instructions should be on the packet, 20 to 30% more water than for pasting paper

thanks! no instructions for sizing, just the application of the type of paper.
