Would welcome some advice please, self build behind our present home, can water, gas & electric be run under the host dwellings garden area? all will be new connections to the road/footpath, the drainage will have to do this in any event but this will be utilising the existing on site drainage arrangements.

Short answer would be yes 

It would be normal to keep all services in one trench

Our plot has neighbours services running down one side close to the boundary. Rights are established in the transfer deed.

Many thanks for the replies, pleased to hear it's possible, we will add the details to the deeds after we have built the new dwelling and then sell our existing home.
