Does anybody have experience ordering Nien Made windows shutters?

Is it possible to order them directly or is there any UK company that you would recommend?

Or maybe you could recommend a good alternative?

Quite a few on here have gone with Rational Who seem to do most things 

Though done of there online reviews are pretty bad
