ASHP for a mancave - shared or separate?

Mancave 30 m² 2 m from the main building and 7m (ok 10, with elevation) from planned location of ASHP unit.

Is it better to connect it that way, or to have a separate small ASHP unit for the mancave only - I know it will need planning permission (but I'm working on one anyway, so can throw in just in case), and will cost slightly more, but running well insulated pipes may be a challenge and expense too.
