Mulberry View Posted January 8, 2021 Share Posted January 8, 2021 Slight clickbait because this doesn't apply to us, fortunately, but we're hearing about lots of self-builders who are having their mortgage drawdowns stopped due to the pandemic. Imagine that you're part way into your build, you go to the bank for your next chunk of money and they say no. Terrifying. Ecology have got many many good reviews from people, and sure they’re good, but so far it’s been far from straightforward.
