Charges sewerage installation

Morning,

 

anyone have experience with NWL? looking for info on charges associated with the application/connection just for sewer/surface water.

 

completed my application back in January for water and drainage connection. I paid in advance the sewerage infrastructure charge £335.00 but now have a further bill that states “fee relating to sewer connection” for £305.00

 

ive spoken to the office that deals with this twice but don’t think they understand what I’m trying to say. I was just under the impression that it was one charge.

 

anyone help!

That’s correct - it is the connection fee for inspecting the installation.
