High SIPs sloping ceilings lighting

For those with sloping ceilings what did you do for lighting? We’d need to batten deeper to put angled spots in which we really don’t want to do. Tracks? Pendants? Something else??

Dusting will be challenging ? So probably noting hanging that collects dust and cobwebs? 
 

how about concealed led strip lights?

Don't even get me started on the dusting!! ? I’m having nightmares about it!!

 

Not sure LED strips would be sufficient in the kitchen area, but then I’ve not seen them. Will talk to our electrician. Thanks!

Haha that’s not my place unfortunately... just a quick google search for concealed led strip lights in vaulted ceiling.
 

Although coincidentally we do have almost identical hanging lights in our vaulted ceiling (hanging quite low so we can reach them when stood on a dining room chair). But I expect ours were much cheaper!... probably from the likes of dunelm.
