stepheni
I have my concealed cistern installed for my new bathroom into the eaves of my chalet bungalow. I have started insulating the room between the rafters with PIR then 50mm over. I am bit unsure of what I need to leave clear in regards to access once the insulation and plasterboard is on. Is it only the panel shown in the photos behind where the push buttons would be or could there be a need to open up the top. I can always get access from within the eaves crawlspace but I was planning on putting the PIR right round the cistern.
Nickfromwales
Hi and welcome No need for any other access ( as long as you've tested the cold mains supply for leaks for 48 hrs prior to 'boxing in' ). These type of units are specifically designed to allow full service and parts replacement through the front fluh-plate opening . Enjoy!
