Hi

My timber frame is raised of the slab by one course of block.  I have just noticed on on wall of the house about 13 metre run that the cement has not went off it is like sand.  As the timber kit has the blocks in compression and attached to steel work in places and there will be a 60mm screed going on and covering the block by 60 mm will this be OK.

the block was laid nearly a year ago

 

if not what can I do to fix the issue as I would need to take the kit down to relay the block.

Just realised that screed will not tie block work in as there will be insulation round the edges to keep screed away from block and thermal bridging.
