PeterW Posted October 26, 2020 Posted October 26, 2020 New or reclaimed ..?? It’s a delightfully slow job and isn’t cheap so don’t be surprised if you struggle to get anyone - I tried and was quoted £60/m for labour to lay, sand and finish.
JamesP1992 Posted October 26, 2020 Author Posted October 26, 2020 Would be new flooring. Its roughly 80sqm so it's not going to be a quick process. We know it's a costly job but it's what the missus wants, we are just struggling to find people that work with it.
Nickfromwales Posted October 26, 2020 Posted October 26, 2020 I can make a call if you’re stuck. I had a guy out to lay and another to sand and seal on a huge job in Swansea. Guy was from Llanelli iirc. Floor layer is a Swansea boy.
