Mr Punter
Hello @Buzz. You have come to the right place. There is loads of useful information here. Do you have a construction type in mind? Where about are you located? Are you going to be fully hands on?
Buzz
HI @Mr Punter currently we are open to all options regarding construction type , the advice from our architect was to decied what you want to build then get it through planning then work out the best way to build it. we are in Norfolk so so fairly middle for labour rates and the plot is perfectly flat with excelent access. Would love to be as much hands on as possible but the reality will be to get to wind and watertight with one or 2 main contractors then individual trades through to finish .
