Sealing up render penetrations on an ICF wall

Hi there,

Electricians just popped a few holes in my render , what is the best way to seal them up? They just said Silicone.....I have plenty of left over render, Would be it better to use that are silicone to seal up the holes?

Clear CT1 pumped into the holes.
