Currently off-grid (£45k to connect you, please) so are exploring everything from financing, eco-living, and construction from the ground up. Looking forward to talking to some of you in due course.

I presume the permission has an agricultural tie to it. I am still in the planning stage but pretty local, and it will be interesting to see how you get on.
