PI build Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Is it normal for a roofer to be able to supply a flat roof warranty? Most of our roof is pitched but there are 2 small areas of flat roof at the front that the insurers require a warranty for. The roofer quoted for the roof but has gone very quiet about the warranty.
Jeremy Harris Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 In my experience, yes. Before we sold our old house we had a small flat roof section relaid, and the supplier provided a transferable 10 year warranty.
