Thanks for the advice given here

Surprisingly I have got round to  filling them this afternoon. Wonders never cease.

 

The holes in the slab are lined with Polypipe. 

Am I right in thinking that the Polypipe should be removed before I back-fill them with concrete?

why  sounds like you already have  a perfect seal for the dpc+raydon barrier  --juts fill with concrete-

10 minute job

 or builders foam as you would have sealed around the services you were going to  run though them

or combination of both foam in the middle with concrete plug each en --then you can always open it up again if find you need another penetration for something
