Just saying hello!!

Hi Guys, just joined the forum so saying hello!! Have done some self build about ten years ago with a very large extension on the house and learnt a lot from that. Intending to build the retirement bungalow but was thinking it would be some years hence, however the possibility has arisen of getting a plot just up the road so having to move up a gear just in case it all works out. Haven’t got any questions just at the moment but I am sure I will soon...... ??
