I'm not sure if anyone can help with this.... We are about to embark on a self build using an Oakwrights oak frame and their Wrightwall and Wrightroof encapsulation system. We are keen to use Ecology for the mortgage but haven't had the SAP calculations done yet. We do have the u-values for the materials used, and so I wondered whether any clever person might be able to give me an idea of whether these are likely to give an SAP of 85+ to meet Ecology's requirements please?
Plain clay roof over WrightRoof - Pitched roof, ceiling at rafter line - Unvented pitched roof (WrightRoof Light (600 centres)) - 0.14W/m²/K (B.R requirement - 0.20W/m²/K)
Weatherboard Wrightwall - Wall - Timber framed wall (WrightWall Light - Weatherboard / Renderboard) - 0.17W/m²/K (B.R requirement - 0.30W/m²/K)
Brick Wrightwall - Wall - Timber framed wall (WrightWall Light - Masonry) - 0.16W/m²/K (B.R requirement - 0.30W/m²/K)
Our assumed standard B&B GF Floor construction - Floor – 75mm Screed on 150mm PIR, 100 dense conc. blocks on PPC beams - 0.11W/m²/K (B.R requirement - 0.25W/m²/K)
General min glazing U u - Windows - (Rationel Forma timber frame), double glazed - 1.27W/m²/K (B.R requirement - 2.00W/m²/K)
