    We have a 100% timber cladding barn conversion and there were only two lenders we could find who would lend whilst it was being built. Halifax or Ecology. We did a self build mortgage with Ecology and found them absolutely brilliant.

    I rang Protec this morning and they are not offering structural warranties until at least May 1st and they cannot guarantee they will resume on this date....

    Hi, we are currently converting a steel framed barn. We are in AONB and it took a while to get planning permission (3 applications and one appeal) but we have finally started building- we are still at early stages... just getting up to DPC but interested in anyone with similar projects- particularly in Sussex
