Hi group, I have a Grant ashp that heats my water for the 300l cylinder, what temperature should the cylinder be? I was hearing something about a 1nc a week purge to 60 degrees or something? Thanks, Mike

Hi bud i have mcs and epc but were going through sign off now m8 but its asking how many days you stayed in the house i put 1 as it wouldn't let me do zero... So it's asking for bank and id stuff, what do i have to do m8? Upload bank details with new address or what? Did you have same issues?

It was 4.46 Envelope area of building is m2 468 it says. to be fair though there is still services coming through the floor and you can feel a draft so thats being sealed up today! so it could of maybe been better if it was all completed however we are rushing for the RHI so needed the AT test.

i think likely a 3 or less but hey ho i think 4 isnt too bad!

no MVHR mate, is 4 pretty good without MVHR then? i thought you had to get MVHR if you were below 3

So we have just had our air tightness test carried out and i believe it was about 4 which is not too much under the 5 we were giving to aim for at BW stage.... i know a pass is a pass but i was hoping for lower.... anyone else had a 4 to begin with and managed to get it down or am i just being awkward lol?

and toilet is 400mm off floor so i think the plate must be just 350 above the toilet bowl

Duravit DuraSystem Basic 1148mm Toilet Fixing Frame - WD1020000080 (victorianplumbing.co.uk) It should be this one as this is what we specified on the doucment we gave to the builder

is it not 1148 frame? then adjustable upto 240?

this is the dimensions diagram.... so basically is it saying the flush plate centred should be 1012 off the FFL, depending on the extension legs. The top of the toilet bowl is 400mm off FFL which im led to believe is standard
