update: plumber came this morning and the little pump inside the outside unit has been replaced and it's now working. unfortunately it was wife that was home to attend and i didn't had the chance to see how to replace and where to buy a new pump in case this happens again

yes, wife did yesterday but I just did it again after you mentioned and upstairs they all hissed and came out water which is good i guess. Downstairs they didn't hiss but water came off. I've done a reset once again but still same error code.

@JohnMo turn both valves and let pressure went up to 1.5 as you can see in pic and reset the system. still showing same error h20.

Thank you for the quick reply, currently working a night shift. Will try tomorrow. Before I left home, i've turned the switch which i think it's the immersion for hot water but radiators were still very cold althought the live usage on octopus app was showing more than 4000w, so I told wife to turn it off since it's not warming up the house. When she turn the switch off, she said something sparked around the switch, so not sure. I am not sure which one I need to turn to top-up water, tomorrow will take a couple pictures. When saying "switch off power to heat pump" do I actually turn it off in the meter box or just turn it off in the thermostat?

@JohnMo Hi everyone, I completely forgot about this topic as eventually I saw that many people were spending much more money than me, I'm only spending between £100 and £150 in this weather while I see people spending over £200/£300 which is crazy. I have a new issue, this H20 and H62 error came up yesterday and house has been cold and no hot water, I need to shower my son asap. I've cleaned the filter as seen in the picture but still not working. Radiators have been bleeded, some of them no hissing and no water coming off. What else should I do? Please help

@ProDave by using the weekly timer, i've stopped the hot water running between 4-7 before but eventually when having a shower the hot water would stop on the second/third shower

@Beelbeebub hi thanks for the input! i'm sure the hot water is at 2AM but still having showers at 6/7pm costs immensely! on the weekly timer do i turn off hot water between 4-7? i think i've done that before but when we were having a shower, hot water was gone after a while

@marshian i have no idea the temps of each single room, only have 1 thermostat in the lounge. It feels colder in our main room, baby bedroom ( which both are upstairs ) and i guess the lounge which has french doors and a view to a field

@ProDave yes! that's actually something i don't really understand why we spending so much when having showers if the water is already hot. how do i adjust the timer for the water heating? i think from what i remember, they set it up for 2am tho, so not sure how it's still working during shower times

@SteamyTea this is now with the daily charge! yes unfortunately most peak times we end up cooking and using the shower as that's when we come back from work and get son from nursery

@Beelbeebub Hi, some graphs for the 17th. I guess i'm worrying too much? as some of you are spending more than me but it's very scary what we will end up paying. I have compared cosy tariff using the octopus compare app and agile it's still better than cosy tariff. yes we do use a fair bit at peak hours because that's when me & partner come from work and cook and shower the baby. It's annoying how they make sure we use the peak times because there is no other option do you use agile? would like to see a weekly timer setup from you

@Beelbeebub Hi, unfortunately between 4-7pm is the only times we have time to cook and have a shower! I compared my costs with cosy tariff with the "octopus compare" app and Agile it's still better than Cosy

@Nickfromwales Hi, how else would I use hot water? I only have heat pump. How would that work topping up with immersion? I don't even know how to work with that haha. I don't know how long is taking to recharge the hot water, I only have a thermostat in the lounge and the octopus app. Some of you have greater detailed apps somehow which I wish.

@ProDave Hi! It was build last year and we moved this year in February. 3 Bedroom semi detached house. East midlands. Heat pump I'm guessing it's new since it's a new built. I had a look at my daily usage in the summer and it was around 347.40 kWh for the all month of August, Lowest was around 6kWh and high was about 17kWh
