I’ve received prior approval for larger home extension - ground floor - 6.5m from main wall. I’ve also received full plan application approval for 1st floor 3m extension. I received plans from my architect as combined ground floor and 1st floor extension. Which I’ve gave it to my builder and he has now build ground floor and 1st floor extension. Neighbours have complained to council re this extension. Member of Enforcement officer has came over said I do not have permission to build both. I can only build one of the other. I’m looking to demolish ground floor extension as I cannot keep both. Is there any way I can keep both extension even though they are both approved.
