I bought from Velfac. Great quality windows and met our needs for thin frames and sliding door. Installation by Passivlux though was awful - choose a different distributor if you go with Velfac

Also went with velfac - very happy with the quality of the windows, thin frames and slide door were what we were looking for. Installation by one of their approved distributors (Passivlux) was a whole other story though, totally would not recommend them

I had the same and paid 100% upon delivery as these were the standard terms. It was a mistake as now installation and snagging is a nightmare (with Passivlux) and I have no comeback.

They should make new all the scratches caused during installation. My installer (Passivlux) have no sense of urgency to do this (or anything else to be honest), but I am pushing them to complete this before signing off the work.

Would recommend velfac windows - very narrow frames and Alu/timber frames. We are near the sea too. Absolutely do not buy through Pasivlux as a distributor - very poor customer service.
