  1. I have installed one in my system and configured it but to be honest don't use it much. Loxone does a lot using presence and touch switches. 1Home has discovered all of the devices and it works very well with lighting. It does not seem to understand shading and certianly not connecting to Loxone Audio. I think its good to have it just in case I want to add some MATTER devies but so far I have not needed to do so. I will do some more experiments, they do seem to continue to add more fucntionality but very much focused on KNX rather than LOXONE.
  2. I went 24v blinds but have 5 mains velux windows so its the same question. I fitted back boxes at each to allow connecttion from T&E to the window power cable using wagos. I covered this with a bead master cover and plastered over them. The power was looped between them and taken back to a central fused spur which my sparky was happy with. This has left me with smart clean window reveals without a visible fused spur in each window which would ned a ladder to get to anyway. The bead master covers are designed to be cut out an leave a neat edge to fit a plate to so it would be a 5 min job to do that and fit a fused spur at each window. I accept that if I had a fault at the moment it would be difficult/impossible to diagnose which of the 5 blinds had caused the fault I would simply top and cut out the bead master covers. I have documented this in my Loxone build documents. For my 24v Blinds I did the same but could not git the blinds before I plastered so have a blanking plate at each window to cover the connections. These 24V cables go back to a pair of boxes with fused 24V panels where each blind has a dedicated fuse and LED tell tail.
