I'm not looking at the planning, but the overall composition / massing has issues. That huge gable facade is grim, the previous posting is staring to deal with massing etc. By playing around with the massing simply pushing pulling the volumes you can get a more dynamic composition. Also as per the previous arrange windows in an interesting way, always try and do the dynamic oppose to the obvious.
