I am looking for a solution to having to put timber cladding on the exterior of a single storey build to satisfy Heritage. Mortgage lenders do not like my original plan to go with ICF blocks with EPS on the outside and inside skin.
I am now looking at Isotex, Velox, and Porotherm - I believe all of them would give me a non-combustible exterior skin with good insulation and a potential target SAP rating of 0.13. Please assume that I am choosing floor, glazing and roof options wisely that will contribute to this final rating.
Has anyone any advice or actually built with any of these systems?
