Why wouldn't you use one stat per port. I was under the impression you could then control each zone / room independently.

Hi Looking for 8port manifold with actuators and wireless stats for each actuator. Using 15mm pipes and 22 from the boiler. Any guidance appreciated as struggling to find what im looking for.

It is currently only about a meter and i have propped it and braced it. Yes they have closed the cavity with top bocks and put the wall plate on top. Originally catnic specced two bxd100 lintels but ones going to be doing nothing with this set up.

Evening In the process of installing 2 catnic lintels but now confused. Was expecting the extension horizontal joists to be supported by the outer wall which it is but inner wall is not supporting rafters or wall plate of main house as expected. They are supported by the breeze blocks with are half over cavity and half original external wall. Is this sort of thing ok.

Looking at installing this for current property. Gch, 4 rads and 5 rooms with under floor which are suspended. Any recommendations for mainifold actuators and room stats etc welcomed.

Cheers Nick. Will rip it out. Got a 2.5kw solar system on 2011 tarrif. Fitted with 2 sunnyboy inverters for some reason. All got a magic heating box which will be going on ebay as i cant see what it does.

Got a Baxi boston which is being replaced in my new house. Should I rip all the pipes out too and start again its all 15 mm and i presume its. apprx 50 years old and a lot of rad will need to be moved.

Hi I think it depends if they need a mortgage or not. If not they may be unaware it may be a problem. We want to re roof and extend so its coming out.

All been checked by solicitor and Fit included for 25 years from 2011. Fully paid system. Didn't realize the value of the contract when we offered pre auction. Down side is its been spray foamed which I need to remove hence auction.

Morning all Looking for a ballpark figure for above garage and above single floor extension. Would like shell and roof only ( i will do internals) Over garage is full hight wall with pitched roof teeing into side of dormer 5.5m x 3.5m Then over the top of single height rear extension teeing in to newly formed garage extension. Pitched roof again 6m x 5.5m approx. Looking for cheapest construction method but still mortgage friendly. Current pitched roof on extension may be ok to reuse. Cheers

Looking at buying this property but a little worried about a part of a single height extension which has blown brickwork. Concrete path up against may be the issue and led to water/ frost damage. No damage or crack elsewhere in any of the house or above this area. Its been owned by the same person since 1960s and been let go over the last few years.

I'm in Cheshire looking for installer for my new house. Do they cover my area? Thanks
