Ok next door extension is done. Not a good job and less than 0.9m away at fascia. Before this we had planty of space around 3.5m There is an overhang as they accidentally built within 2mm of my estimate of the boundary and my level is 60cm lower so makes it looks worse. They fitted 2/3rd of the gutters by taking the tiles off to do it but did not put it over my side. They have siliconed and taped a plastic strip across the tiles to run water to the gutter from where they trespass even though they currently are between 6 and 7 inches over. Planning enforcement are going to look and i have legal option.

Obvious may not be 100% but i did it 3 times with the same figure and then just tested the laser in my house at the same distance.The plans show a gap between properties of approx 100 to 150mm. Having been out there with the owner he said it was accidental that it was built on the border. I don't think so.

Well As spinney predicted the builder after being told no access to our garden sneeked in at about 8.30 to do gutters. Luckily I had erected a camera and spotted them. They the tried again by tying to sneek behind bushes.

I dont know about the plasterboard but you will be grateful for them insisting on acoustic insulation.

Ive have just put my readings in 600kw april may june.. Should be around £500 on 2011 tariff. 2.5kw system.

I think an integrated gutter is the answer then we would accept a couple of inches overhang. Yes we have legal cover.

We didn't complain as we felt it was pointless.it does not affect our light and believed it would be 100% on their side. As it is they cant complete it without access to my property which is denied as it will cause further overhang.

Pwa is a legal requirement and if its been built incorrectly the planning team should act.

I'm just going to see what planning enforcement do about it as don't want it to take over day to day life.

We wouldn't want to build as we would prefer access around our house. It would be a poor extension if anyone built there.

Pretty sure they haven't build foundations on my side. It only the front corner that trespasses and my wall is 18 inches lower.. I'm concerned when i sell it will be an issue. Would you accept as is or get them to stop.
